1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PR77 ("PR77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PR77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at pr77.one (the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the PR77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the PR77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between PR77 and its registered players.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the PR77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations and applicable PAGCOR rules.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of PR77, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated by PR77 for breach of these Terms.

PR77 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your PR77 account, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials confidential. Specifically, you must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your PR77 account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your username or password with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify PR77 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

PR77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as having been made by you, even if you subsequently claim that a third party gained access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

PR77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. All deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. PR77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. PR77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, with GCash and Maya withdrawals typically completing within minutes of approval. Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement completion, or compliance review.

PR77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any deposit or withdrawal, including source-of-funds documentation, before processing. This is a standard compliance requirement and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

PR77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. • Bonuses may only be claimed by the eligible player named on the account — proxy or third-party claiming is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• PR77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where practicable.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of PR77's management team is final.
• Abuse of bonuses — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploit-based play — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and may result in account termination.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the PR77 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any PR77 game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random number generator (RNG)-based games on the PR77 Platform use certified RNG technology to ensure statistically random and fair outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed live casino studios and conducted in accordance with their published procedures. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-term returns and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the affected round will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules. If the round cannot be fairly resolved, the wager will be voided and returned to your account. PR77's determination of the applicable outcome in the event of a dispute is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PR77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game in which player-vs-player interaction occurs.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of game manipulation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification procedures.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PR77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PR77 Platform — including but not limited to the PR77 name, logo, trade dress, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of PR77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of PR77.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PR77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether foreseeable or not.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond PR77's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party system outages.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or to maintain the security of your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits PR77's liability for death or personal injury caused by PR77's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10. Responsible Gaming

PR77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your PR77 account settings.

11. Suspension & Termination

PR77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account activity is suspicious or potentially fraudulent.
• You have provided false or misleading information.
• Continued access to your account would expose PR77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may close your PR77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding identity verification or compliance review.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to PR77's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

PR77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
